  • Pre-acquisition appraisal of a 24,000 m2 shopping centre in Spain on behalf of a private investor client. The scheme was being sold by a bank/administrator and there was a requirement for a significant level of due diligence to independently assess the robustness of the investment proposition
  • The project involved a detailed analysis of existing tenants with respect to their trading performance relative to group targets and a consideration of what level of rents were truly affordable in the current market given economic and competition considerations
  • We worked in conjunction with letting agents to assess levels of demand for the scheme going forward and how a new letting programme might assist delivery of an initial 5-year investment programme
