  • Detailed study of 37,000 m2 shopping centre in Sweden to look to recommend a new tenant and marketing strategy aimed at revitalising a scheme facing an increased level of local competition. The project needed to assess the potential return on investment allocated for a major refurbishment and/or extension of the shopping centre
  • The study involved extensive dialogue with existing tenants and shoppers together with consumer surveys canvassing opinions from residents across the wider region. We engaged local Swedish market research companies and managed the project in tandem with the in-house asset management and property management teams from the shopping centre owner – a leading international property fund manager
  • We worked to put in place a robust set of recommendations to improve the trading potential of the scheme alongside advice on the optimum level of new investment for a refurbishment and part-extension
