  • Development manager role for a 5,307 m2 (0.5 Ha) site in the South East of England. Former government institutional use. Proposed change of use to 70 one and two bedroom retirement apartments
  • Landmark buildings within local conservation area and high-density residential properties. Significant sensitivity surrounding highways, noise and parking as well as presence of several endangered wildlife species
  • Conceived of economically viable development proposal. Achieved full support from local authority in relation to affordable housing provision (none) and parking strategy (1 space per 2 units). Achieved near comprehensive local community support (just 3 objection letters)
